Yeah that's all normal Tim. Doesn't it make a massive difference having a Lancia badge in front of you! I stopped after all exterior badges, sill plates and airbag. I meant to do the engine cover and headrests but never got round to it. I even tried to find the setting in Examiner to change the the start up file to Lancia on the info display. But for some reason couldn't find it.
My First post! Just to let you all know I am the proud owner of 2013 Delta S MOMODESIGN in white.. Wonderful car and has had the full Lancia badges sorted, also the Sill plates and the airbag. Not many of us about, ... Is there any meetings planned for next year? I am based in Norfolk.. Hope to post some pics very soon....
You see loads of cars that have forgotten to put their lights on, and are just driving on front DRL's. So dangerous really... You'd think how safety driven the market is that they'd make that standard!
That's the airbag swapped over. Didn't take very long at all. The new one from Italy had the right connectors, so it's all good. I did have a slightly worrying moment after I re-connected the battery and started the car; all sorts of warnings flashed up on the MFD. However after I'd driven a few feet and turned the steering wheel they all went away. I've stopped and re-started the car since and it hasn't done it again. I guess it was re-learning stuff after the battery disconnect
If you have a Windows computer - would recommend Delphi cars/van obd software - about £35 on ebay. I bought this quite a few months back and it's quite amazing - it covers my Chrysler as well as other cars in our family including BMW, Volkswagen, Volvo V70 (including an old 1998 one that didn't have full OBD). Allows code reading and resetting. I think you can buy it also ready installed on a computer - but then you pay a little bit more.
