    New Battery Result

It depends how good yoy are with mechanics...by the time you find the brushes you take it to a local mechanic, I usually pay £10-20 depends. If you don't get them right it can damage the rotor, I prefer taking it to someone that does this for a living. Also keep in mind that playing with the negative (earth) it creates high inrush current that can damage the starter, if not damaged already.

    Engine Keeps Cutting Out

Crankshaft sensor usually shows its head when it heats up, sending back wobbled-DE-goop voltages to the ECU...Then when it cools down it seems ok, until !

    Engine Keeps Cutting Out

I was reading a post on a French Chrysler forum just recently someone with the same engine had major starting issues similar to yours. He tried everything except the crankshaft of sensor, it turned out to be the crankshaft sensor ! I ll probably end up replacing mine.

    Delta Windscreen Wipers

Funny you should mention wipers. When I first bought my Delta I was determined to keep it all service parts-wise OE. I forked out £30+ for a set of Bosch blades. I was never that impressed with their performance TBH so a couple of years down the line I've just bought these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Chrysler-Delta-Hatch-ACP-Exact-Specific-Fit-Front-Rear-Wiper-Blades/292181828568?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 Yes OK they might not be the longest lasting but for less than £11 for all three wipers including postage - they fit pefectly - I changed all in about a minute and so far they are perfectly silent like when the car was new with a great sweep and vision. For that price it wouldn't bother me if they only lasted 18 months....
