  1. So garage have fitted 4 new injectors, and it so far so good. They have tested it and cannot replicate the cutting out. I have only driven it short distance, but it starts well (when previously it didn't) and it hasn't cut out, when previously it might have. If anything changes I will get back on here, but for anyone else who is experiencing poor starting and cutting out here is the order of events for me: Fuel FilterPressure relief valveFuel filter housing and wiring loomPressure sensor on fuel railInjector testingNew injectors My car has been renamed Triggers Broom!

  2. The problem with my Voyager is now solved. If you look at my previous post ...Chrysler stall..... and you get the same or similar symptoms. Here is the solution. The battery had gone a bit flat after trying to start the car a few times. This caused all the weird elec problems. The battery in these vehicles has to be the correct model or of equal capacity and type. The actual stall and no start was caused a minor leal in the fuel system. I primed the pump till it felt rigid, the car started and I drove it to the local garage. The problem would likely happen again if the car is left to stand for any length of time. If you read the first post and you get any of these electrical symptoms, no matter how odd and perplexing they seem. Check the battery first. I will try and find out what the battery type and system is. I know ordinary batteries work ok, but as soon as they lose a bit of charge, GRRR!

  3. Thank QinteQ. It was a bit pricey, but I wouldn't sell on a dangerous car, and it was cheaper than buying a new car. The group has been helpful, so happy to record my experience.

    Timing Belt Tool Set

I have completed the task -timing belt kit - new water pump I used one of the black pins for my 2006 CRD 2.8 on the crank behind the starter. And used difrent technic to put the timing belt on from what autoshaman showed on YouTube. Basicly I placed the belt on tensioner first and then I moved up and pushed it in on the top gear. (Much easier) My old belt was full of cracks, so I have changed it just in time, and all other bearings were worned and loud as you would expect after 6 years of constant use. Now engine runs much better. Next job clean EGR

    Faded Door Pillers

Hi, The trims come off quite easily with patience, I used a flat scraper and flathead screwdriver, the trim is held on by 3 clips, once you start prying the screwdriver all the way down the trim you will feel where the clips are, I released the top clip then slowly worked down gently as I went released the other two. The trim literally pops out of the clips. In fact one of the clips snapped off the bodywork, the clip was fine it was the pop rivet snapped so I drilled out the rivet and replaced it with another, job done. Good luck
