Hi, A common problem on the Voyager and Grand Voyager fitted with electric sliding side doors, is either the door failing to operate when the button on the remote is pressed, OR the door starting to open and then stopping after a short time. There are a number of different potential causes to this, but one of the most common, and easiest places to check, is the wiring loom which operates the door. It is located in the bottom channel of the door aperture. Carefully remove the wiring loom from its plastic conduit, and carefully inspect each of the wires, paying particular attention to the larger black wire. Due to the constant flexing that these cables go through when the door is open and closed, its fairly common for one or more of them to break. Should you find a break in a cable, if you are capable of soldering etc, then you can do a repair, or alternatively, you can simply replace that section of the loom. Hope that helps,Alan
